Dalia is a mobile application that converts user-written intentions ("manifests") into real acoustic frequencies (sound waves) and electromagnetic signals (radio frequencies) transmitted via your device. The app also provides features including a visual board, manifest history, daily reminders, and group transmission sessions ("Together mode").
Dalia is not a medical, mental health, therapeutic, or professional service. The features and content provided are for personal and spiritual use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. You should always consult a qualified professional for advice regarding any health or wellness issues.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Dalia. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may sign in to Dalia using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these terms.
Dalia offers a Premium subscription. Premium subscribers receive the following each billing cycle:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play subscription settings.
No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you will retain access to Premium features until then.
In addition to the monthly tokens included with Premium, you may purchase additional token packs as one-time in-app purchases:
Tokens purchased as one-time packs never expire and remain in your account until used. When both monthly and purchased tokens are available, monthly tokens are consumed first.
All purchases are final. Token packs are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Together mode allows a group of nearby users to transmit a shared intention simultaneously using Bluetooth connectivity. By using Together mode, you agree to the following:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dalia at any time if we believe you are in violation of these terms.
All content, features, and functionality of Dalia — including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, software, and the Dalia name and brand — are the exclusive property of Dalia and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create within the app (manifestations, visual board entries). However, by using Dalia, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dalia and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Dalia at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Dalia after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
